GWYNETH Paltrow admitted she “went off the rails” and “drank seven nights a week” during quarantine.
Gwyneth, 48, revealed her boozing habits while struggling with the pandemic.
Even though she was not “black-out” drunk most of the time, the Iron Man actress admitted to hitting the sauce while “making pasta and eating bread.”
Gwyneth continued: “I went totally off the rails.
“I mean, who drinks multiple drinks seven nights a week? Like that’s not healthy.”
The Emma actress confessed to taking two rounds of her favorite drink, which she concocted herself, just about “every night of quarantine.”
Gwyneth said: “I love whiskey and I make this fantastic drink called the Buster Paltrow, which I named after my grandfather who loved whiskey sours.”
“And it’s this great quinoa whiskey from this distillery in Tennessee with maple syrup and lemon juice. It’s just heaven.”
Now that time has passed since quarantine, the Shallow Hall actress does “miss it” when she used to have a drink and cigarette combo.
Married to producer Brad Falchuk, 50, Gwyneth shares Apple, 16, and Moses, 15, with ex Chris Martin, 44.
Over on Instagram, the Great Expectations actress shared a back and white snap with her daughter Apple.
Gwyneth captioned the post: “Exciting new product launch today featuring one of the absolute loves of my life.”
The movie star was holding a bottle of face cream in the selfie.
The actress also turned into a businesswoman who launched her own wellness company, Goop.
Gwyneth previously sent a bunch of Goop products over to Kim Kardashian, 40, after she announced her split with Kanye West, 43.
The self-pleasure gift set included a vibrator, sex gel, and an orgasm candle.
The label on the candle read, “This Smells Like Kim’s Orgasm.”
The Keeping Up With The Kardashian star tagged the 48-year-old actress and her company Goop in a post on Instagram.
The Goop brand has also sold candles that smelled like Gwyneth’s private parts.
Goop then jumped on Netflix with its own TV show.
The Goop Lab explored topics such as sex, intimacy, sex toys, and female empowerment.
A TV insider commented: “This looks set to be just as candid a look at alternative therapies as the debut season.

“That saw Gwynnie talk about everything from sex to drugs and the manipulation of the body’s energy fields.
“She was seen admitting to taking ecstasy and even had a go at achieving the rock ’n’ roll orgasm in one of the episodes.
“So her dive into the world of vaginal steaming might get equally personal — and that’s before considering all the other wacky topics she’s likely to explore.”
