Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens have pretty insane chemistry, but everyone was curious to see how these two would possibly top their TLC match from December at the Royal Rumble.

It turns out, pretty easily. With Reigns’ Universal title on the line, they engaged in a Last Man Standing match that saw both men – but particularly Owens – risk it all.

The match started with the two men brawling at ringside and hitting their finishers earlier. A superman punch and a pop-up powerbomb were not going to be enough to keep both men down for the count of 10, but it got the affair off to a chaotic start.

They then fought up through and over the LED boards that comprise the ThunderDome WWE have been operating in and Kevin Owens took the first major bump through a table off the stands.

The ThuderDome is set-up around half of a baseball pitch in Tampa and the two men battled in the other half as the fight progressed.

That’s when Reigns would find a golf cart and mow Owens down, straight through his windshield. Ouch! Check it out:

From there, Owens would get back into the fight and hit a swanton bomb from the top of a crate and drive Reigns through a table.

The fight eventually took them to the staging area where a spear put Owens through the boards, but then things got messy.

Reigns got some handcuffs out, but Owens managed to reverse the plan and cuff Roman to the lower part of the stage.

This of course would prevent Reigns from standing up, so he forced the referee to knock his head on the surrounding apparatus to halt his 10 count.

Paul Heyman was supposed to unlock the cuffs in the time the ref was down, but it was proving difficult. So the ref found himself just not counting at one stage which made next to no sense at all.

Once Reigns was finally up and free, he caught Owens in his guillotine choke and that was all she wrote for the Canadian.

It was a messy finish, but a match that featured an iconic spot people will remember and another chapter in their wildly entertaining rivalry.
